Red supports Operation Hoodie

Red is proud to support Operation Hoodie. Operation hoodie is a fantastic initiative involving Romida Teamwear, to support Cancer research UK. Cancer Research receive the profit from the sale of every top. Over 1000 have been sold to-date and the figure is growing by the day.

2 days to launch day Shop Local

2 days to go before the launch of shop local and shopinpudsey.co.uk. The new website is filling up with fantastic Special Offers from Pudsey Retailers. The website aims to be a focal point for Pudsey’s retailers, allowing them the town to establish stronger links with local shoppers. The shop local reward scheme is the first of its kind in the country, giving shoppers a chance to win £50 as a reward for shopping locally.
Pick up your card from any retailer displaying the Reward Card poster, and start collecting. DONT forget your card is valid for a month, so make sure you fill it up and hand it in.

New Pudsey Website Launch

Keep an eye out on Friday for the official launch of http://www.shopinpudsey.co.uk.
We have been busy working to get things sorted out for a February launch, BUT we are ahead of schedule and we’re going live on Friday. The launch will be in Pudsey Library, and at the same time we will be officially launching the new Shop In Pudsey magazine. Currently there are 4000 copies being distributed in and around Pudsey. The next magazine is already in the pipeline, ready for a launch in March. The new magazine will be 16 pages rather than 12 and should contain a few special offers.

End of a year…

Well the end of 2009 was so busy we didnt get a chance to say goodbye to it! We carried on until Christmas Eve with a pile of work, and decided that we would close for the duration of Christmas holidays. We are open on 5th January.

Brushed up…

Dawson Koti will be looking a bit smarter next week in their new workwear. We have kitted out the UK team of this international company. Chipmunks Day Nursery will be nice and warm out in the playground after today as they took delivery of their new fleeces.
We embroidered our first scooter head rest this week. Ian from Horsforth Scooter Club was our first ginea pig and it turned out to be excellent.
We’ve all recovered from our presentation with Ken Bates. We have the cheque in the shop which we will be putting up on display – well done Geminis – £1300 for Candlelighters.
Talking of Geminis, have a look at some of the videos from the Gemins on You Tube. We’ve been spotting some of our handy work. The logo from Bradford Phoenix designed by Rachel and worn by Harry the Patch from Phoenix SC Bradford.
You too could have a logo as well designed and embroidered as this, just pop inthe shop and see what we can do.
